• Educate the homeowners on the benefits of Short selling their home as opposed to Modifying the current loan (Learning the mathematic equations)
• Understand and utilize Freddie Mac, Fannie Mac, FHA, HUD, and Institutional lenders short sale protocols and new & existing programs
• Work with 3rd party short sale mediation companies
• Understand how legislation will affective your short sale closing (California Homeowner Bill of Rights & Consumer Financial protection Bureau /CFPB, Department of Justice, and Attorney General Agreement)
• Learn how to create an effective short sale listing presentation by providing the homeowner with all the current market options (short sale, short lease back, deed in lieu, modification, secondary market options)
• Learn the importance of creating strategic partnerships with non-profits, lenders, attorneys, escrow, title and other industry professionals
